Originally from Melbourne, our founder Camilla found herself moving to a farm with her now husband Tom. Leaving the media industry behind she decided to follow her passion of cooking beautiful food and events and thus, Smith and Co Foods was born .
Emma Clutterbuck

Meet Emma, our talented chef who brings a world of experience to Smith & Co.! After leaving advertising, Emma found her true passion in the kitchen, with experience working as a private chef across the UK and the US and she perfected her pastry skills at the renowned Petersham Nurseries. She loves crafting beautiful, seasonal desserts and wedding cakes. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants, travelling, or enjoying time with her gorgeous kids.

Ava’s background in hospitality and marketing, combined with her love of social connection, adds a youthful energy and creativity into Smith & Co. Her love for travel, food, wine, and new experiences brings fresh, creative thinking to the business.
